Plutonium is a rare and highly unstable substance
obtained from experiments conducted on it's predecessor,
Uranium. The most notable use of Plutonium is as a power
source for power plants and bombs. Plutonium is
dangerous to those in it's immediate area because it
constantly emits radioactive waves which can cause
long-term deformities and illness in those it is
exposed to. However, due to the process of creating
it being slow and the extreme government management,
there is very little Plutonium in the world,
meaning that despite being very radioactive,
Plutonium will rarely pose a threat to the average person.
